I'm in the middle of finals and my family and I just went through a funeral and might be looking at another. With all this stress we haven't been eating properly and we're all feeling a little sluggish. I'm looking for foods and dishes that will clean us up nutritionally and intestinally, and help kick the weird cravings from being tired and stressed.
