Hi! My name is Carrie. I have been on this site for a couple of months now. Anyway, I was just wondering if there were any vegan moms in Georgia. Sometimes, I feel like I am the only one :( It would be nice to connect with someone living in the same area.

I'm not in Georgia and my children are only months old but I would love to chat with a vegan mom to learn how to direct them in the healthy life and make it fun for them as they get older.

I am a vegan mom in GA. I have been vegan for 5 years and a member of this site for almost a year. I would love to find other vegans in the metro Atlanta area. But still i KNOW we are not alone. it just seems that way sometimes.

Hey all, I'm new to this site tonight, and just bought The Kind Diet book. After reading a few things about how baby chicks are treated, I almost threw up and am ready to start this journey. My body feels relieved.

I'm in Georgia and currently live in St Simons Island by the coast. I'm a single mom of a five-year-old boy who doesn't like meat ... and we don't do dairy. I'm excited to connect and talk about how your journey has been becoming a vegan.

Thank you much!

Christy

Hey Carrie and all,

I'm a vegan Atlanta mom. I have lived here 17 years. Originally from Los Angeles, I have a 20 yr old son who goes to college in Calif. and is coming home tonight to spend the holidays. I raised him as a vegetarian, breastfed him for 3 1/2 years and never let him have cow's milk. He never had an ear infection and to this day has a very strong immune system. Everyone I know is a meat eater (including my husband) and I'm used to being made fun of for my vegan culinary creations. I know what it's like to feel alone. And I would love to connect with others of like mind.

Hey all,

I'm a vegan mom in Carroll County. Would love to connect with others. Christy...I'm jealous. I lived on St. Simons about 10 years ago...Miss it terribly!
