The kind life is vegan focused but this site has leather shoes and cashmere sweaters. Why?
Hi Shanna--great question...I am a vegan myself and all the cashmere and leather you'll find on my site are previously owned...not one piece has been paid for since everything is on consignment. My personal belief is that its better to re-sell something used (leather or not) than it is to just discard it completely...as some vegans as well as non-vegans appreciate using pre-owned goods, I feel that its better to put them back out there than to have them wasted completely. I would never support the buying of leather or cashmere from the manufacturing source!
