Hi Jennifer, I think a month at a time is a good way to approach a transition like this. Check out PCRM's 30 day vegan challenge. A few people on here have done it and loved the recipes. Good luck!

I'm in Washington, the tri-cities are. I haven't yet read The Kind Diet but just reserved it at my local library (all 5 copies were checked out). I can't to get my hands on it. I am also looking up PCRM's 30 day vegan challenge. Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.
