Beach BBQ- Veg Wedding Food Suggestions

My fiance and I are planning our wedding set for October of next year. The food has to be amazing, because like most other people who want a vegan wedding, not everyone that is coming is vegan and I want them to love the food anyway! So....
What do you think of for menu ideas when you hear our theme "vintage beach bbq"
Some ideas we already have are:
Gourmet Vegan Sliders, Tempura Vegetables, Truffle French Fries, a Grill that is putting out mini pizzas and grilled fruit. Dessert will either be cupcakes or something else that comes as single servings.
Also the wedding will likely be in southern california near LA or San Diego if anyone knows a good vegan caterer in the area.
Any suggestions?

wow sounds great! I just bought a book called the vegan table that has some neat bbq ideas. you should check it out.
Check out www.offbeatbride.com and in the search engine on their page type in "vegan". They feature vegan weddings all the time, and actually just had a "vegan week" like, two weeks ago where every wedding featured was all-vegan. There's lots of great ideas on there!
