Hi everyone.

Just wondering if anyone has performed the real version of this and what their thoughts are on it. I am thinking about dong the cleanse in the new year so any feedback would be great.

Thanks :)

It's life-changing!!! I have performed 18 cleanses total, and I cannot wait to perform cleanse #19! The first time I did the cleanse, I had no idea what would happen (and was a tad skeptical). I was amazed at the hundreds of stones that were released during the cleanse. The most amazing part was that I had stopped menstruating for 6 months prior to doing the cleanse, and my doctors had no idea why. Within days of starting the liver cleanse, my menstrual cycle came back for good!

Do know that it takes many cleanses for all of the liver and gallstones to be released, so be prepared to do multiple cleanses. The positive benefits you will experience after cleansing may be short-lived because remaining stones inside the liver will eventually move forward, settling back into the gallbladder and causing old symptoms to resurface. BUT the good news is that most people can clear all of their stones within 6-12 flushes. Some people, like myself, who have a severe case could take up to 20 flushes. Gallstones run in my family and researchers have found a connection between birth control pills and gallstones...seeing as I was on the pill for nearly a decade, it does not surprise me that I am so "stoney" :)

There are a lot of skeptics out there who claim that the cleanse is a fraud and that you are merely passing hardened clumps of olive oil, but I have done the cleanse 18 times, and I can attest that I am a new and improved human being because of this cleanse! My skin, my digestion, and my energy levels have improved markedly!

I would recommend this book to help you through the process: http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Liver-Gallbladder-Flush/dp/0976571501

Good luck :)

Hi Diane :)

Thanks so much for your information! I actually have the book that you suggested and that is why I am looking into it.

Can I ask you a couple of questions??? The author suggests a colonic irrigation before and after - did you do it this way? I am just wondering if that is a vital part to it or not.

Also, did you experience any bad side effects?

Your cleanses sound like hard work that has really paid off! I am so pleased for you! I can imagine that your skin and everything does look amazing now!!!

Liver cleansing has several health benefits. it flushes out toxins from the body, increased flow of bile into the liver and lowers the blood sugar level. Moreover, by liver cleansing you will feel much more active and energetic.

If it is the usual olive oil epsom style cleanse then in my opinion it is a sham and can actually be harmful. Firstly even with dilation of the bile ducts with the magnesium i.e epsom salt the ducts wouldn't be big enough to fit a true gallstone through.

The hundreds of little balls that come out are a result of the mixture of oil and epsom salt in a process known as saponification.

The benefits often come from large amounts of the oil helping bile stagnation which many suffer from and causes fat malabsorption, digestive problems and so on. There are safer ways to get the bile moving. If the large amounts of oils from these liver flushes cause a real gallstone to get stuck you are in big trouble. Many have had this happen to them as a result of the liver flush.
