That article is very interesting! But some people warn me not to eat too much soy. I'm confused about how much is too much. I know soy is pretty processed. What is so bad about having too much of it, and how much is too much?

There are quite a few threads on soy on this board; just do a search and they will come up. Alicia recommends no more than two or three servings of unprocessed soy (e.g. tofu, tempeh) on Superhero and staying away from processed soy (soy milk, soy cheese, fake meat, etc.) except on rare occasions. Processed soy products containsoy protein isolates, which should be avoided. That's true, of course, of processed food in general.
