Vegan cooking classes

Hi! I live in NY. Does anyone have any recommendations for vegan cooking classes on Long Island or in NYC? I need skills :)

if you go to naturalkitchenschool.com, they have classes in NYC. the program that they are offering is for a natural foods chef certification. if you click on the link for where the classes are held, that organization may offer classes also.

How about in So Cal? I am new to the vegan lifestyle and seem to have gaps in my diet.
