Note: I posted this in another section originally, and realized this was probably the best place to post this. Thus, apologies for posting again. I hear it is bad etiquette to "cross-post".

Hi everyone!

Does anyone in the L.A. area know anyone who might like to participate in a 60 days Vegan "mini-experiment"? We are looking for folks who currently consume either a SAD (standard American diet), a Flexitarian diet, or Vegetarian diet who would transition to a completely vegan diet for 60 days.

I am a L.A. area physician who is interested in measuring real world cases of the health benefits associated with a plant-based diet. (Yes, I am a vegan myself) A general overview of the requirements other than changing their diet, they must be willing to do the following:

1. get blood tests as the beginning, 30day mark, and final 60 day mark as well as carotid ultrasounds (don't worry it's non-invasive) and

2. blog about your experience at least one time per week on my blog.

If you think you might be interested or know someone who might be check out my blog at: www.theplantrx.com and then email me for all the details.

Kind Regards, Jenn

P.S. I am also very interested in meeting like-minded new people in area, so ping me if you would like to as well.

We are starting on Jan 15th so you will need to catch up with me soon to participate.
