Im in the middle of making my first vegan cali rolls and my shoyu is bad. Any suggestions for something to dip my rolls in? HELP!
you might try a mixture of miso paste, thai chili sauce, and a bit of agave.
or just a drizzle of ume plum vinegar.
or brown rice vinegar, dijon mustard, agave, and sesame oil.
