Hi Danielle, I live in Colorado Springs, and I went vegan in October, cheated a little around the hoildays, but am now back on track, though it is tricky when no one else in my family agrees with my coice to steer clear from meat and dairy, my mother thinks I'm absolutely nuts haha. I have always wanted to stop eating meat for as long as I can remember, I am now determined to be vegan!!!

Hi Danielle! I, too, live in Colorado Springs like Mandy. There's a small but growing contingent of us around. Don't give up hope...I have a friend who's mom is vegan in Texas. If she can do it in the heart of cattle country, I figure we can do it here, too ;)

I live in CO too. I'm "flirting" with the idea of going vegan. I've tried a few things this week. It's super daunting and difficult, but I think the benefits will out way it all. Btw, any of you heard of Wisdom Tea House in Monument? I know they serve organic things, including meat... but I think they are a good resource for some vegan options.

Keep up the healthy living!

I'm jealous of all of you. I used to live in the Springs and now I'm in NY. I love CO and miss it. Great luck to all of you becoming vegan. I'm almost there still flirting, but only on stuff like flavored creamer in coffee, sometimes!

Have a great day!

I live in both Telluride and Chicago. I'm spending time in Chicago right now and my 7 year old is finishing the school year here this year. We return to CO full time this summer. Can't wait. Telluride is pretty forward thinking but very small and ingredients can be a real challenge there, especially in the winter. Lots of people there are into health and healthy eating but again it's a very small town. Where do you live?

I am not in Colorado BUT I am moving there in June. It would be nice to know some people when I do. I will be living in Aurora. I think the south part.
