@ Tatiana, I have never heard of the Wisdom tea house, but you should give Garbanzo a try, It's Mediterranean cuisine, almost everything on the menu is vegan! I love this place!! There are two locations in the Springs. Southgate and Nevada, and powers and N. carefree area!

I love Garbanzo's. Keep plugging away Mandy, I live in Elizabeth and it's hard being vegan in ranch country, but I make it work.

I live in the Springs, too. My favorite grocery store is Mountain Mama's, and my favorite restaurants that have vegan options are Adam's Mountain Cafe (in Manitou); Il Postino downtown (they have a menu that shows what is vegan or what can be made vegan); Mirch Masala (Indian); and Poor Richards (they have Daiya cheese for their pizzas; I like it on the spelt crust. They also have veggie burgers and stuff.) I haven't tried Garbanzo's, but for a local Mediterranean shop with falafel and hummus and other vegan options, I love Arabica Cafe downtown.

I live in Black Hawk, CO. Guess I need to talk to you guys next time I travel through the Springs, last time (about a month ago) I visited relatives in the springs I had the hardest time finding vegan friendly options. It's good I brought some food with me.

I live in Lakewood and work in Aurora! Wow, that's great so many of us in Colorado. Recently went vegan. I live near Namaste', vegan indian food. Yum!
