We use a lot of recipes from Dr. John McDougall cookbooks. Our favorite is the Quick and Easy cookbook. They are easy to make, easy to find ingredients, and advocate whole foods and not much processed stuff. Also, you can make a lot in bulk and then freeze it for later. They never cook with salt so you might have to add a little at the end for some recipes to taste, but it really cuts down on your sodium intake as well. Good luck!
