Hey, looking for some cool people to share some inspiration and gripes with here in NM. Feeling a little uninspired and fell of the vegan wagon on a recent vacation. UGH. Feeling gross.

Hang in there. There is not much vegan choices in NM. I also have difficulty as vegetarian is easier but vegan in hard in NM. If you live in ABQ there is a great restaurant called Thai Vegan off of San Mateo and Osuna. Let the chef know I sent you. He is a very nice guy and it will bring back your inspiration.

Love Thai Vegan. The spring rolls and curry are sooo good.

I am in Albuquerque and LOVE Annapurnas!!!!!! They have lots of vegan options!
