New Vegan In Renton, WA.

Hello! Just moved to Renton (Seattle) and am pretty new at being vegan! However, I'm launching a vegan and gluten-free mobile bakery really soon!

There's a Vegan Bakery where I live and the girl who owns it is young and a go-getter, like yourself. The name of the bakery is X's to O's and the web site is: www.xoxoveganbakery.com I don't know if this will give you any ideas, but hay who knows.

Bummer! I wish you were in L.A.! A mobile vegan bakery would be amazing! Totally jealous. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, welcome Nannette! (and hi, again, Michele!)


Maybe you can give the new vegans (new as of Saturday!) some baking advice that are participating in my plant-based health study. I know they would love both the advice and the support. =)
