I am loving this Kind Connections idea!!! Does anyone out there live in the Orange/Rockland/Westchester County New York area? Even the Lower Hudson Valley area?I know we're not far from the city or Kingston/Woodstock where there are tons of meet ups but it'd be nice to hang out with people closer in the area!

I live in Orange County actually I just moved here from NJ in the summer. Not the best area in the world for alternative/healthy lifestyles! However, I have been able to makedo :) Add me as a friend on here, I just started on this site so I'm not 100% used to it yet.

I love in Orange county too, I haven't started my kind life yet sadly. I live at home and my parents aren't too much into it. It's difficult when the house is full of soda and cookies and junk in every corner of the kitchen. But I will get there!

Hey everyone. Just found an amazing vegetarian (vegan friendly!!) resturant. It's called "Pure City" in Pine Bush.... http://www.purecityny.com/ I was totally blown away at how delicious the food was. I posted some photos too (should be right on my profile) of some of the dishes that my boyfriend & I ordered. I would def suggest checking it out!!! There's also a health food store called "Plesant Stone Farm" in Middletown & they just opened up a new shop in Ellenville (I haven't been to that one yet)
