Anyone do yoga in Orange?
I've also heard great things about Pure City!!! I really want to go. Brody's in Goshen is a great little spot too - not totally vegan but they have lots of vegan options...and amazing juices!!
Carm - I take yoga at Happy Buddha Yoga in Goshen. It's a really lovely studio.
In port jervis there's a health food store right to the left of the erie hotel and restaurant. It has soooo much amazing stuff, but it's kind of hidden in a way. I've lived here for 6 years and just found it recently.
hi meghan, i've been dying to try happy buddha but complete fear of embarrassment is holding me back since i have never done it before. ridiculous, i know. where in goshen is Brodys?
Hey Elizabeth- What is the name of the health food store? I'd like to check it out.
Susan, You would love Happy Buddha. I just started there Sunday was my first class. It's a very calm and serene studio. It's my first time doing yoga and I did not feel intimidated. It such a good feeling. Let me know if you what to try it.

Ryan- It's called The Herb Shoppe it's on Jersey Avenue. They have some really amazing stuff =].
I take class on Saturdays at 10:30 - it's a pretty basic class and Christine is a wonderful teacher! I want to take the class on Sunday too with David, he's a great teacher also!
Brody's is right near Catherine's - across from Kennetts. The juices are so good!!!
I found a new market in Poughkeepsie( it's on RT 9, by the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall.) It's called Mother Nature. They have a pre-made section with 90% Vegan food, cupcakes, and cakes. A lot of there products are Vegan. It was defenitely a good find.
