105 degrees is a great vegan/raw place to eat! it's on classen in okc.
Any one in the Tulsa Area? I am brand new to this lifestyle and have a husband and two small children who I am cooking for. So they are on the bandwagon cause mom said so. That being said it would be nice to meet other families or people in my area and maybe start a pot luck? :)
I'm in Tulsa! I would love to connect with other Kind Lifers in the area. My family is very supportive, but they're still all omnivores. I'm the only person I know who is vegan!
I spent 12 months in Oklahoma as an exchange student in the 90's and I have never seen so much meat in my life. Including a couple of deer hanging from the tree in the backyard - my host father was a hunter! I returned home the size of a "baby elephant" (to quote my father) and "unrecognisable", I was in a small town and there never seem to be much in the way of fruit and vegetables. Very strange.
I wish this forum was around back then, we could've met up.

Hey all. I know this is an old thread so ill post my own, but is anyone in the eastern part of OK? I visit Tahlequah regularly but mostly live in Panama, OK, near Ft Smith Arkansas. I need vegan friends!!!
