Hey Krista, I'm in Raleigh too! How cool is that?

I am totally hooked on the kind diet. I've been trying so many new foods, thanks to Alicia :).

I had Tempeh last night for the first time. Love it!

I actually live in Fuquay Varina, but Raleigh was more general! I have been a veggie for a little over a week now!

I'm in Wilmington! Wish Raleigh was a little bit closer, but it's great to know there are Kind Lifers in my state! :)

I think getting together for a potluck or meal is a great idea! BTW, I found this restaurant in Chapel Hill called Butternut Squash. (such a cute name). I'm going to check it out this weekend. The menu looks awesome!
