Hi all! Living la vida vegan in Chugiak (near Anchorage), Alaska. Not a ton of vegan restaurant options out my way, but the local Eagle River Fred Meyer's and Carrs-Safeway have a great selection of produce and veggie burgers, Vegenaise, soyrizo, etc. Bear Tooth and Moose's Tooth in town, as well as the Spenard Roadhouse, are great about making stuff I can eat, and the Middle Way Café is also my mecca, when I can get there. Have heard mixed reviews about Organic Oasis, but never get there as it's right across the street from the Bear Tooth!
