Any good vegan suggestions in New Mexico for eating out-not much in Las Cruces

Albuquerque - Thai Vegan is really good. I especially like their red or green curry, spring rolls, and sweet and sour. I also like the spicy noddles, if they are extra spicy. Some of the other dishes I have tried are serviceable, but those are my favorites so far - still lots to try. It's great because everything's vegan. Annapurna's has some good stuff - mostly the traditional Ayurvedic stuff. The rest of it is, frankly, not really worth it. The puri bhaji and sambhar are good, usually their soups of the day - especially the beet (these are always vegan and gluten free), and the kitchari is decent.

There aren't in Alamogordo for sure. Will have to go to Santa Fe someday. I bet El Paso would have something.... Haven't looked yet. well over an hour drive no matter what..
