I live in Baltimore County- the Hereford Zone. I'm looking dining options close by. I have found a few places in the city (Baltimore). I am vegetarian, can't quite make it to vegan- love real cheese.

Not quite Frederick, but Westminster, MD. Any Vegan-friendly restaurants in Frederick. My mom loves Isabella's. I've never been there so I don't know if they have vegan options.

Isabella's has veggie options, but not so much vegan. However, The Orchard across the street from Isabella's is amazing!! They have some meat on the menu, but they feature a lot of yummy veggie and vegan food.

For really GREAT vegan food try LIQIUD Earth in Baltimore. The owner is originally from Woodsboro. Her restaurant has been in operation for about 16 or 17 years.

I live in Baltimore City, which has a lot of veggie and some vegan options. The Avenue in Hampden is also a really great place to find vegan food. I also go down to Annapolis a lot on the weekends. I just found this Lebanese place called Lebanese Taverna. It has meat on the menu, but also has some veg friendly dishes too

I'm in Frederick. Alicia's book completely changed my life & the way I eat. So glad to know there are other Kind Lifers in town!
