I'm from redondo beach california and I go to loyola marymount university!

so I'm usually in the santa monica area!

Anyone in the glendale area?? We should gather a few of us and go to the Farm Sanctuary that's about an hour away. What's it called again?? "something acres"???

Hi! I'm in Los Angeles. My name is Jenna. I am a physician here that advocates a plant-based (vegan) diet. =)

In fact, right now I am doing a plant-based diet health study to measure the benefits of a plant-based diet. All of our participants all live in L.A. County or North Orange County. You can "meet" them on my blog where we are presenting the study. They will be blogging about their experience throughout the entire 60 days of the study.

Oh, I should probably mention that the participants all switched from either a Standard American Diet (SAD) or a Vegetarian diet to a Plant-based (Vegan) diet for 60 days. Their first day was Saturday so they just got started!

Please stop by and say hello (you can learn more about the study too). I know they would love the support and encouragement. Who knows maybe they will even stick with it once the study ends. (My hope!)
