I think, you don't get it here (as well as kale, which is common in Germany but not in Switzerland). Collard greens are probably Blattkohl (ok, the correct term would be "Markstammkohl" or "Futterkohl"). Kale would be "Grünkohl".

Hey ladies, no action here latley, just thought I'd update.


Well since last posting here I took a tour of the Gruyere cheese factory and found out about a little thing called rennet! I can't believe I didn't know about this before. If you want to know what it is, google it! Let's just say I don't really eat cheese anymore.


The other reason I came on here is because I just came across this website:

If anyone else who lives near me (canton of Vaud) would be interested in taking a class or 2, write her and tell her! Becuase she doesn't get a lot of interest from English speakers, she does most of her classes in French :o/ Sooo...how cool would it be if a bunch of us Kind Lifers could all do a class!? ANYwho, have a good week!
