St. Louis, what's up? I love Alicia's book, her blog, and the tips she gives. I am a vegan and I love it. Anyone else in St. Louis?

Hey there Marlo....We live in St. Louis as well....My daughter and I are both Vegan.....I really enjoy Alicia's information too......her book was life changing.. :)

@Jennifer - I read your profile and looked at your pictures. What a beautiful family, of humans and animals, you have. I am so glad to see other Alicia supporters in St. Louis. I have been vegan for over a year now. I was a strict vegetarian for over a decade, fell off the wagon for a few years, and then jumped back on....and, became vegan after reading Food, Inc. and Eating Animals. I will never go back.

Hello St. Louis! I will be traveling to your fine city this June and was looking for some assistance for vegan/vegetarian/gluten free restaurants in the area. I am staying at the Luminere and will be going to the convention center daily. Everything will need to be within walking distance, please. Any help &/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Lately, I've been doing alot of smoothies and salads.... Thanks so much!
