oh, the meet and greet with alicia...it was months ago..she posted it on her blog.

Hello! I live in Troy.

Anyone know where to get kabocha squash in metro detroit? I have checked all the local stores including Whole Foods. Also lotus root and sunchokes. I have found all the other superhero items easily though. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

veganchica-i dont know of any stores but i use the organic home delivery service called door to door organics. they just sent us one last week...

can you use a different kind of squash?

I live in Grand Rapids. I am a member of the Meetup group here, but can't seem to make it to a meeting. It would be great to actually meet up with some of you in the area just so I can meet someone else who shares similar views! :)
