2 of us here in Bellevue. If you want a great vegan meal on the Eastside, go to Wild Ginger at the Bravern and ask for the vegan menu. They are a little pricey but very good. I guess that the Wild Ginger in Seattle has the same, but we have never been there. Even QFC has some great vegan salads in their deli case. My favorite is the fava and garbanzo bean salad!

You guys have a great resource in Seattle at http://www.vegofwa.org/. Sadly, the number of vegans in Yakima is somewhat limited.

Hi! I know this thread is old but I'm in Lynnwood and work in Redmond! I recently went to Araya's in Seattle and loved it. Anyone else have any favorite vegan restaurants they like to go to?

I'll have to try those thank you! I just signed up to go to The Mount Baker club in Seattle for their monthly Veg dinner. I'm going on July 18, I hope to meet other local KindLifers.

I'm in Seattle and love The Kind Life book! I also joined Veg of Washington recently and am looking forward to checking out the monthly dinner. On a totally separate note, do you guys have any recommendations on vegan supplements? Thanks!

I live in Seattle and know at least 15 other people who practice macrobiotics. Some of us have been meeting regularly for potlucks and I started a meetup a few months ago. We would love to have you join us. You can also find me through my website http://sweetveg.org/. I am a trained macrobiotic chef and educator. On my site, I have recipes and information about Seattle restaurants and resources. Cheers! Teresa
