Hi Jennifer,

I am mostly vegan, if there can be such a thing. No meat, but I sometimes will use a little bit of cheese in a recipe. It's tough when you live with someone who hasn't willingly stepped on to the vegan path! You?

Yes same here. I have never really like meat too mush which is why I am trying to go vegetarian, but my boyfriend is not the slightest bit interested and my son is only 2 so meal time is a bit complicated. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to try being vegan with him around!
