I'm in Conway and I guess I've been a "Kind Lifer" since March. I haven't eaten any meat other than seafood since September 09 and I avoid dairy whenever possible. Lack of healthy choices around here makes it very difficult sometimes.

I am in Myrtle Beach. Carolina Forest area. I haven't started being vegan yet, I plan to start cutting things out starting Monday. I haven't drank milk in months though :) switched to almond and rice milk. Any good advice or shopping tips for our area??

I recently went to Bay Naturals at 7611 North Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach and it was really great! I had lunch there and then did some shopping. They sell tempeh and seitan which I could not find at stores in my neighborhood. I plan on going back for sure.
