I go to school in London. Do you know of any good places for vegan food?

I go to school in London, live in Mitchell and buy my specialty items in Stratford. The Gentle Rain far outways any natural food store I have come across in London. Veg Out is a restaurant in London (Richmond St) where you can get vegan food.

Gentle Rain is by far the best place for vegan food in that area. In Kitchener on Fredrick ton st cut off there is a place called the Healthy Haven which has about 4 stores in it. They are all great for vegans except for one which is a butcher who buys local. Fiddleheads is one of the stores and it is AWESOME!!!! Check it out! :) Also, have you heard of Cedar Row Farm Santuary? It is between London and Stratford. Here is the link http://www.cedarrow.org/ .

Dawn - I'm out in Strathroy - about 30 min west of London. Where do you buy your groceries in London? Umeboshi plums? The specialty soy sauces? Sea vegetables? Out here in the boondocks, people look at me like I have two heads if I even dare to ask for any of that!

Vegan food in London is tricky. I've been to VegOut, which is amazing, but for day to day, I just go to the grocery store and shop selectively.
