Hi. I am from Whitby. I wouldn't call myself a full Kind Lifer but rather a lurker. I have contemplated going full force on the kind diet but since I have been out of wrk since June I haven't really been able to afford to start. But it is definitely something I want to do. And when I start I am going to start with the Superhero Meal plan. My plan is to head to Toronto to the Whole Foods and buy my entire shopping list. I expect to spend lot of money but think it will be the only way I can be successful with it. Once I am familiar with the items I will them shop much closer to home.
