Realizing this is a small city deep in Alberta beef country I imagine I might be the only vegan out here....but thought it was worth a shot. Anyone there? Anyone at all?

Yep there is! I though i was also the only one......80% of the people i talk to don't even know what a vegan is!

Yay Jessica lol! I thought for sure I was the only one out here! And I know what you mean. I know one person who is a "vegan" and eats cheese....and another that is "vegetarian" and eats chicken. lol! Whatever makes you feel good I guess! Speaking of cheese.....that's the last thing I kicked off of my diet and I miss it so much. Have you come across any good replacement items that can be purchased around here?
