Hi Amy, I thought I would let you know that I live in Spotsylvania Va . I have been a Vegaterian since the mid 19080's. I Love the Kind Life web site as well as Alicia's book.So your not Totally alone in central Va.

I live in Lynchburg. I think its tragic how this area is nothing but farm land and there are only two or three organic farms in this whole area and the organic section of the supermarkets are stocked with stuff from California.

Hello fellow Virginians! I live in Richmond but am back and forth to Norfolk, where my boyfriend lives. Nice to meet you all! Anyone attend the Vegetarian Festival at Bryant Park in Richmond? I was there!
