Hi!


I'm a vegetarian transitioning to vegan! I'd love to hear from anyone in the area about where they shop. Currently on the hunt for tempeh. :) Also, very interested in finding a line of body products - specifically for the face that is cruelty, paraben, sulfate, phthalate, and dye free.

the farmers market in halifax is great, with great people there as well. also planet organic has a lot of great things. :)

also joesph howe drive super store has an amazing selection of vegan foods and sometimes at a better price.

Thanks for your response Sarah! I've recently visited Planet Organic, and absolutely love it!! The Farmers Market will definitely be on my to-do list. :)

it is a great place. planet organic can be pricey and joe howe super store has a lot of the same products as planet organic. but the farmers market is the best. but it is good to get there early as it gets busy by noon.hope u enjoy it. take care.
