Hey everyone, ive read basically all the detox and breakout posts and they do make me feel alittle better, but its horrible ive never brokeout before and its just all over my chin and jawline.. i just dont no how to figure out if its just detox because i eat complete superhero and been vegan since april and just started superhero in early november but never ate processed or bad just cut down on the fruits and upped the grains more.. i do have soymilk maybe once a wk if i just want some puffed cereal thats all tho and ive always had soymilk because im lactose intolerant so i dont think it would be that otherwise heres my menu of a day
breakfast- a cup of oats or brown rice and some steamed bokchoy and miso soup
lunch-huge salad with some soup ( healing soup alot lately love it)
dinner- rice and beans all mixed veggies and collards (usually one big stir fry) with some shoyu and a sweetpotato
and either i have some nuts throughout the day if im hungry or just a apple with pb at night for "dessert"
and im tryin so hard not to cheat bc i dont wanna make the breakout anyworse (if its possible lol) but its just so annoyin bc its not gettin any better even my dr didnt no wat it was, how long will this last if its even detox?!:( im desperatee
Please don't despair...I was so bad for months with my skin but it is now so much better and almost back to clear. It really is a patience thing, I'm afraid.
The only thing I would suggest is to vary your meals each day so that you are not just eating the same foods. I did find when I varied more, for example, swapping quinoa for brown rice a few times a week, adding in more healing items like shiitake mushrooms etc, that I did notice a difference too.
It will be trial and error for you but you are doing great so just stick with it! Lots of natural mineral concealer and a big smile will do the trick! :) best wishes :)
