Hello... I finally picked up the Kind Life book last night after seeing it on Oprah months ago. I'm ready for change and so is my family. We are all healthy & not over weight but I'm always so frustrated when it comes to cooking. What to cook? What not to cook? My kids are 6 & 4 and although they are good eaters and we don't eat fast food. They need variety just like my husband & I do. I've ever liked the effects on my body after eating meat and now that I'm in my late 30's I feel the effects of dairy. But I kept saying to myself, if I don't eat those foods what in the world am I going to eat?
I'm really excited about having a new shopping experience and a new cooking experience! I'm taking it all in this week and creating a shopping plan to be fully in next week when my husband & I return from a conference.
