First off - I can't even say how much I love this dish. Great flavors & texture. My question that last time I made it 4 people ate it, this time it is just me. So this time I have some left over. Is there a certain way this should be stored and then re-heated. Also how long will it last in storage.

I will greatly appreaciate anyone who my hae some insight.

Thanks,

J

I actually made this tonight for dinner, it was so good! I just put mine in tupperware in the fridge and plan on reheating it in the pan on a medium-low heat. If it sticks I'll add a TINY bit of oil, but on low there should be enough moisture already to let it stay in long enough to cook.

Thank you for the response Lauren. I did basically what you did above and it held up well for 2 days. It was great to be able to eat a bit each day for 3 days. I really love that dish. I am going to make the hijiki croquettes tonight or tomorrow, I haven't tried those yet.
