I want to be more involved in the animal rights movement and really want to open people's eyes to the effects eating animal products has on the environment, but I don't know where to start and frankly it seems like a daunting task. Any feedback on how to get started would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Alicia

contact your local animal sanctuary. In Colorado we have one that is vegan education outreach. They do brunches and meet the animals a few times a year.

They are always looking for people to volunteer at the sanctuary and around the state with passing out fliers and getting the vegan word out.

I'm in West Hollywood, CA and would love to be more involved!! There's so many people out there that have no idea what they're putting in their mouths, it's disgusting to me and so sad. I just watched this video and posted it on facebook and got some good/bad feedback. I just don't get how you can see this then order a steak for dinner??? Do these people just not have a heart? What can I do??? I need help to spread the word, but I have no idea where to start
