Hey all,

I've been cooking most of my meals in bulk but find that I can't get my portions right!

I would love to know if any of you have any tips on cooking for 1? Im the only vegan in a house of 8, as you can imagine there is not much space left in the fridge/freezer (with all their meat, milk etc) for my bulk made meals!

Thanks

Bren :)

Hi Brenda!

I too am the only vegan in the house. I make my vegan meal then have meat, cheese, eggs available for them to add to their meal. That way I am not just cooking a separate meal for me. It's healthy for them too. I also like to freeze smaller portions for myself when I don't want to cook.
