Great book, started it but got really ill a couple of days into it--I don't think it was the cleanse. I'm now feeling much better and am probably going to restart in a few days. Love the juicing and got husband into it as well. The rest of it he's not into but oh well, since I'm the main cook I think he'll get used to it. Good luck to all
I just heard about this diet. I'm already planning on doing the Master Cleanse lemonade diet first though, to get a good clean-out, and then I'll break for a week or so and look into starting this one. Can't wait to get back on track and feeling good inside and out!
I have two days left of the cleanse! It was such a great experience but boy let me tell you, you go through an emotional rollercoaster between super highs (usualy right after ive had my juice or yummy raw meal) and some lows ( more like frusteration and adjusting). I am so happy that I did this cleanse though, i have learned so many new things about the raw lifestyle and i am definetley continuing some of the guidelines well after the cleanse. You have a vibrant almost giddy energy from live foods and it feels amazing! Goodluck with everything and have fun! Let me know if you have any questions or anything and keep us updated! :)
