Girl Scout Cookies: Thin Mints and Samoas

I used to love Girl Scout Cookies, but obviously I haven't had them in a while. I subscribe to Chloe Coscarelli's recipe blog and she recently sent out a recipe for Vegan Thin Mints:

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for the Samoa's. They are my favorite! I have googled and tried to find a recipe but I haven't found anything that looks too promising. If anyone knows of a good one that would be great!
