Great book, very direct and straight forward blunt and honest..
Defenitly interested in this book. And, in answer to the question above, if I was a buzzard and my girlfriend gave me this book, I think I would still be interested. The title, alone, is enough to capture any guy's attention.
you can always buy USED copies of books on Amazon.com or half.com. Atleast you are recycling a book!
I don't like the name. Pussy is a body part of a woman that is beautiful and should be respected. Yet he is using it as a deragatory term to those who eat meat. If he wanted shock value, go for it. Just leave women's private parts out of the "joke".
Yes, it is the name of a female body part. However, sometimes in marketing you have to get to know your audience and learn what catches their attention. It has obviously received a lot of male attention that a book titled 'Meat is for Wimps' simply wouldn't have had.
I don't like when people throw that word and others around either, but I am glad it has changed a lot of the 'bad press' mentioned earlier that is associated with being vegan, especially for males. And, if it can change my boyfriend's perspective on becoming vegan, I can accept the title!
Wow what a controversial book title.
Reminds me of PETA: "we don't care if we add to the sexist hate in the world as long as you eat less meat." I can't agree with that.
