My formula: plenty of sleep, ginseng and astragalus, vigorous exercise, deep breathing exercises, a vegan diet, indulging sometimes, green juice, laughing freely, and remembering that energy creates matter and that is all there is....so it's silly to take world politics, harsh critcisms, and the economy too seriously.
