Hi everyone!


RUN, do not walk, to your local bookstore and buy The China Study NOW! I'm reading it now and I can hardly put it down! I think it's the most important book I've ever read and it should be mandatory reading for every American. Every sentence and every page is convincing me more and more that meat and dairy are killing people every minute of every day. Meat and dairy are associated with every major "affluent" disease Americans die of. My husband and I will NEVER go off our whole food/plant based diet. Please read this book and then give it to a family member or friend. It's that important.
