Can anyone describe it, summarize it for me? I feel like I can handle it better if it's written. I don't have the stomach to actually view it.

You really do need to watch it. It's amazing. I won't lie. It is very difficult to watch... but it really does open your eyes to the food industry and factory farming.

watched it with my hubby about a month ago and he's been vegan ever since.... an amazing documentary. i wish more people would watch it.
