I try to have sea vegetables about 3 or 4 times a week, but I just heard that there is alot of iodine in vegetables like arame and more than once a week is dangerous. Anyone have any info?

Peace

From what I've read on the internet, the benefits of sea veggies outweigh any concerns. I've been adding sea veggies to my miso soup every morning. I just cut a small piece of arame or nori up. Also, when I am cooking beans, I add a piece to the water, as Alicia has said doing this takes away the gasiness of the beans. Do some internet research, I think that will put your mind at ease. :)
