Natural Static-Cling-Tamer?

Hi all. Does anyone have a natural remedy for that oh-so-wonderful static cling? My dress/business clothes have been so staticky lately and I don't want to use chemicals, I need a solution to keep them from sticking to my body! Now that it's warmer where I am, I hang my clothes out to dry, so I need a solution that doesn't involve a dryer (though a dryer solution would also be nice to have for the winter months). Any ideas are appreciated, thanks!

I mix a little body oil with water in a misting sray bottle. I just mist my body before I put on the clothes. My gran gave me this tip for for sheets and towels that you hang dry but I've been using it for static cling and it works pretty good. My co-worker just told me she rubs her hair with a dryer sheet before she puts on her clothes and she said that works too (if the static is coming from your hair)....

Hi Hazel,

Check out this article for some tips on alternatives to the different things that dryer sheets would typically do.

Supposedly if you put vinegar into your rinse cycle it will eliminate the cling.
