Vacation in Orlando

I will be going on vacation next week to Orlando. We will not be going to any Disney parks but will be in Universal. I wanted to see if anyone knew of any vegan or veggi friendly restaurants. It does not have to necessarily be in Universal, it could be a local little cafe or something. I just did not want to be stuck eating in the chain restaurants all week. Thanks
