I love the idea of being superhero and I have been trying to follow these guidelines of eating ... I have been a vegan for a few months now. I have really been learning a lot about health lately and I am very interested in it! I'm going through a bit of a hard time with binge eating .... it's getting better though, less often and not having as much. But still doing it maybe once or twice a week at the most. I don't know if I would feel that I have enough variety on the superhero diet. For Dinners and Lunches i'm usually okay ... unless i'm on the go. Does anyone have an ideas for some quick meals that are portable? I also have a real problem with breakfast. I have a list of only about 2 or 3 things I can eat :( I would really enjoy some ideas for that! The bread that I have is really healthy, it's vegan and gluten free ... but it has cane sugar in it,can I still have it as a superhero? Or maybe not ... ? Same with soymilk... I'm a teenager ... so i'm not really into different vegetables and stuff ... I do like to try them, but i'm the only vegan in my house and no one else with eat anything I make so I can really do a lot of recipes just more 1 serving meals. Any advice would be really appreciated! Thanks so much! :)
Hi,
Sounds like the best thing for you would be to eat partly superhero instead of 100%. For quick portable meals think japanese bento. Here are some sites that may help:

As for veggies I would definitely do the sweet potatoes and winter squashes. I like to precook the all at once and freeze them so that it's always there. But yea, since you're not really into a whole bunch of different vegetables I think these 2 will give you enough variety without the overdoing it.
Breakfast I do brown rice porridge sprinkled with seaweed with side of steamed collard greens.
I am the only vegan in my household too so buying a lot of veggies is hard cuz you don't want to waste. But you can always freeze them. Get use to eating a lot of whole grains...and experiment with different ones! My favorite mix is short grain brown rice with black rice.
Hi Sophia:) The soups in TKD are really good, balanced, and easy to transport. I started out as a teen too. Brown rice with gomashio for lunch everyday in the school cafeteria!
