I'm flying to South Africa - a VERY long flight with 2 stops. Just wondering what kinds of food you get if you request the Vegetarian-no dairy, or Asian Vegetarian. I requested the Veg-no dairy. There wasn't a vegan option. I'm going to bring healthy snacks too, but I don't want to be carrying too much food onboard. I'm flying Delta (first-class for the first time!) First class there, and coach on the way back. Anyone have experiences with the onboard Vegetarian meals?

Where are you going in South Africa? I am going there this coming Octoer for 2 months and will be just outside of Durban. Are you flying on South African Airlines? If so let me know how the meals are!
